通过各国妇女儿童机构推荐，针对5-22岁年龄段青少年儿童，采取1+2的互助模式，有爱心的孩子可以选择一个同龄西部经济欠发达的因病致贫家庭孩子，以及一个同龄发展中国家经济欠发达的因病致贫家庭孩子，可以提供学费或者一个月有效改善亚健康的生命科学极化技术设备或者书籍、衣物、学习用具等。采取援助和被援助孩子之间直接联系，培养孩子的社会责任感。
